The seller didn’t seem to see a problem with the phone case beta should have been red for Christmas but was brown, and only offered $2, so I returned it overall instead.

If a refund is needed you will take many phone calls to receive your credit even after they’ve received the merchandise back.

This was my first time ordering from this site but I’d definitely order from them again.

Just a product problem not a customer service issue

I wish I could of put no stars. because this company is horrible. I ordered my daughter a sonic lunch box from them and she was in love with knowing she got to pick it out. Well first off it says it was delivered. Not only was it not delivered but trying to ask this company questions was ridiculous. I live in a trailer park and we know almost everyone out there. I asked them everyday for a week if anyone had received it. Not a soul had seen it or got it. When I asked the company about where the package was. They not only ignored my questions but they continued to say ask your family and friends. That was the only thing they would say. Then they stopped answering me completely for 5 days. Then all of a sudden it's back to the same question from them again. I will never order from them ever again.

i dont like the company i told them multiple times which email to contact me at and they dont. bad customer service

Don't Waste Your Money. Pictures Are Very Very Blurry and Plastic is Cheap

What I dislike are the pictures showing a charging pack already included in the bag, it doesn’t come with a charging pack. The details need to be altered to say no charging pack comes with the bag

You don't get 8 different colors when you buy 8 cars. Very slow shipping.
