Great job on all delivery system and communication.

I’m extremely disappointed with this seller’s handling of my order. They marked the item as "shipped" days ago, but the tracking number provided shows no movement at all. It’s clear that a shipping label was created, but the item has not been dispatched. This is misleading, bordering on deceptive. What’s worse, there’s been zero communication from the seller to explain the delay or offer any updates. Four days later, I'm still waiting with no idea when, or if, my order will arrive. Buyers beware: this seller’s process is unreliable and their communication nonexistent.

I should have no issues returning this to a Walmart store. Being told that it’s a separate company when I went to the Walmart website is unconscionable. I will not do business online with Walmart ever again.
