I ordered a Money Tree from Thornsen’s through Walmart. Protective cellophane collected condensation which made leaves soggy. They fell off and died. I tried completing information for replacement or refund. Neither is available. Customer care was poor to nonexistent. Their form offers 4 options for returning damaged items. I chose to take the plant to a nearby Walmart. Walmart says that is not an option. Neither is REFUND an option in either place.

Ivy arrived beautifully wrapped. It appears healthy with new growth.

Prompt and careful delivery. Box had a heating pack to keep the plant safe in the cold weather and box clearly stated to unbox immediately

The plant was well packaged and arrived when expected. So I didn't have to communicate with them, there were no issues. But I have been looking at their website, all their plants look nice and healthy.

I would have preferred a replacement instead of my refund but it didn't give me the option online. I received my refund within minutes of returning it to Walmart. I will be buying from this seller soon. I was impressed with the care you took in packaging the plant. I'd like to know what other plants you have.
