I responded with my order number and picture of the item I ordered. They did not respond at all. I am returning the item I received. Do not recommend them!

The only thing I wished the seller had protected the ice sticks better before putting them in an envelope , because they got crushed. The envelope was fine, there just should have more packing around them, for protection.
