Product was delivered promptly! It was well packaged and we were reminded of delivery.

We purchased a chicken plucker several months ago in anticipation of butchering our chickens this month. We did not ooen the package as we did not need the item yet. We just opened the package to butcher chickens tomorrow. It is definitely a used item and not new. The styrafoam was ripped to shreds. The hardware was dumped inside the product. The box was ripped to shreds. The tub of the plucker was dented. The motor itself was dented. The bottom of the plucker was all scratched up. It was missing hardware. There were no directions in the box. There was no lubricating grease in the box. Will never purchase from this seller again! They definitely sold a used item. I would not have paid over $300 for a used plucker! We just hope it works to pluck our chickens tomorrow.
