No communication needed. Box was very securely packaged with Bowls having a thin layer of Styrofoam in between each bowl, then the Stack of 6 BOWLS was completely enclosed in a thick, solid Styrofoam Box which was packaged tightly inside of a Cardboard Box and then the whole thing was placed Inside a Sturdy Cardboard Shipping Box! Arrived a cpl days late but, in Flawless Condition.
