It completely miss described this item, as I said in my previous review on the Walmart side of things..... It was described as having a frame but her internal or external I did not care however once receiving this pack which by the way I really like with the exception of the fact that had absolutely no frame in it. This is a huge deal breaker for me cuz I was specifically looking for that function more so than anything else included waterproofing. I'm about to do an extremely long multiple month-long hike through the mountains and a frame in my pack is absolutely essential. meaning not only did I not get the item I was requesting and told I was going to get I also wasted a bunch of time looking for this pack on sites, And then waiting for it to arrive, just to find out that I'm going to now have to figure out how to return it as well as research getting another one that has what I'm looking for and hopefully I will receive an item that is as it was marketed to be. Shame
