This burned all my cotton candy immediately after following directions to the T. I took it apart and could not clean it. Definitely do not follow Directions about heating to maximum temperature.. Machine just can't be cleaned correctly after burning. Sent it back two weeks ago still waiting for some type of communication from the seller
