This item was to arrive within 3 days of purchase. Contacted seller multiple times to ask where the product was. Told it was on the way. Then told USPS lost item. Requested the item be cancelled and supposedly item was still sent. Seller was less than helpful through the entire process. It's now been 2 weeks.
