we didn't need to have any communications, but truth fully the plant showed up a bit later than I would have thought it should and that happened on the last one from a different seller and it died. this one though is perfectly suited for my climate so hopefully it's not a problem and Buddy (sabal) lives a long life.

last year 8 ordered 3 different types of plants. they qll arrived unlabeled in one box with obvious unaurerized substitutions. i spent 2 weeks jumping tjrough hoops with puctures only to ne ifnored. this year, i gave them wnother chance. i ordered 1 type of plant. the packaging was a ratsnest of tape stuck to the leaves and at least one dead plant.. i will not give them a 3rd chance.

Received the wrong item, one worth 1/4 what I paid. I wrote to the seller which was forwarded by Walmart Customer Service. I did not receive a reply. After Customer Service arranged a refund, I got a notice from the seller that the item I ordered was "back in stock" and I could buy another one for about $5 off. Unacceptable...not to mention that what was sent was inferior.
