Having a difficult time trying to get this company to contact me to start a return. I have sent several requests….no response. It’s a nice chair but the color is not dark grey it’s black and is not what I want. It’s already been 2 weeks I think they are waiting for the 30 day return policy to out!

Very nice chair. Came 4 days late with a two day gap between the two boxes. Easy to put together. The color is as represented -brown with a blush and looks very nice. Very plush feeling and the heat feels great. ❤️
