my item arrived damaged and opened hardware. The delivery person took a photo showing my porch hand rail and not the box. The box was damaged in many areas with the cargo exposed. wheel house damed, scuffing, and missing parts from an open box. I sent all this information with no responce from the delivery person or the seller.

Not accurate at all. I ordered a red light that mounts to a floor stand and I got something like a thumb drive that plugs into my computer. Not even sure what it is. And it took over two weeks to get it to Oregon coming out of California.
