They don't care about their customers. The gaming chair was clearly a return, and they shipped it back out without fixing the problem. The is just lazy workers that don't care. I'll NEVER buy from this seller ever again! Zero stars if I could. A waste of money. I'm not wasting anymore money to send this garbage, useless chair back to risk getting another broken chair. Nothing is worse than watching your grandchilds face fall when they were so excited to finally get a gaming chair, just for it to be broken. Shame on you!
