the auto response does not help. have to speak with supervisor order was over $600 separate deliveries and this was important in planning. they are working on how to fulfill this order. Mohammed was able to commit to refund and a surprise of discount on my current purchases.................hopefully the business will be more professional and deliver the product this time. If they do not, I will definitely let you all know. SO.............THE 2 STARS FOR BUSINESS; 5 STARS FOR MOHAMMED.

I have 2 addresses in my account, one for my home in FL and another for my daughter in NY. Even though I selected the NY address for this order, it was shipped to FL. Keep copies of every page in the order process in case it happens to you.
