The handle was broken when we received the item. It took almost 2 months for them to refund and that was after I went to the service desk and management called to have the refund. I took the product back to the store, the site showed it was received, but they claimed not to have the product and refused refund. Told me to take it up my credit card company. Luckily management at Walmart got the company to approve the refund.

It would have been nice to get instructions with the box of parts for the cart.

i ordered the wrong item ...my expedition is a long wheelbase, which requires a different part

The item arrived splintered and covered in mold and mildew. Walmart directed me to the seller to request a refund or replacement, but the seller only offered a 30% discount, saying, "it will not affect the item performance, just not beautiful." During my initial call, Walmart assured me that if the seller didn’t resolve the issue, they would provide a refund. However, when I followed up, Walmart refused to honor that promise. Very frustrating experience with both the product and the customer service.

The seller doesn’t have to say a word they’re perfect though just the way they are

very happy with the item, im planning on buy 2 more one more for my self and a nother for my mother

Had to buy this because the jack in the wine press didn’t come

The base and the top plate remain loose after the installation. The box was missing the manual (even though it’s not really needed). Cheap, flimsy quality overall. Save your money and buy something else.

buy it if you don't need something better, it will suffice.
