took a little longer to get here but got it on the day I needed it.

Seller takes no responsibility for product being shipped incompetently. Came completely unusable.

I have yet to receive my order. In correspondence with the seller they responded with a name other than mine. They told me to contact the post office which I had already done. Second correspondence I requested a refund since I still have not received what I ordered. I received 3 emails - 2 of which said to request an refund there......no link other then email address I had originally used to request a refund. 3rd email said a refund would be issued - surprised it has not been issued. I ordered the same product from a different seller and received it promplty. I believe this seller is dishonest. I would give no stars if that was an option.
