They did not send what I ordered but switched to the Healthy Gums vs the Original.

I was sent the wrong thing. I ordered Glide Pro-Health original floss, as was shown in the picture. Instead, I was sent Glide Healthy Gums floss, which is thicker and wider and difficult to get in and out between teeth. Flossing with this is a total drag. I PURPOSELY ordered the other stuff and not this.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. THEIR WAS NO ISUUES WITH THE RETURN AND REFUND . I CHOOSE TO PURCHASE ELSEWHERE. IN THE END, THIS COMPANY LOST THE SALE.
