I purchased this beautiful Christmas tree and was so excited to put it up. I set it up and none of the lights worked. I called Walmart and they put me in touch with this seller. The seller refuses to send me a replacement tree instead they want me to take all of the lights off the tree and replace them with a new light kit........I bought a $100 prelit Christmas tree and they want me to replace the lights??? NO! Terrible customer service and its been an awful experience with these sellers. They do not care at all!!

Very accurate. Some bolts were missing. The package had evidently been opened and returned before and they didn’t put all of the screws etc back. Bought some at Lowe’s to fix. Works great and Very sturdy!

The Veikous Greenhouse assembly instructions were good. The Greenhouse arrived in 4 separate boxes on two separate days. Four wooden parts were damage upon arrival. It has been difficult to get in contact with a representative to get replacement parts. I have attempted to resolve this through Walmart (the marketer). Also having a difficult time getting in contact with a Walmart representative.

Very unhappy with wind durability. Structurally not stable but it looks nice n that’s the only good thing about it

Would her a 0 Star if allowed. Returned item to Walmart on 10/5 and 20 days later still no refund. Continue to get the runaround from Walmart. Each time it’s a different answer from store or Walmart.com. $140 they owe me.

Great price... useful greenhouse BUT the hinge screws interfere with the window closing completely. It needs redesign
