My item shipped after it was promised and I needed it, I only ordered this item so I could have it in time for an event. When I contacted the seller about the late delivery they issued a refund then proceeded to charge me full price a few weeks later; very tricky. I recommend staying away from this seller, they do not conduct business in an honest or reputable way.
