There was nothing said about having to finish the wood of the Birdfy!

Great quality item just missing parts. When opening bird house to put it together the box labeled “solar panel” was completely empty. Was very excited about this item but the whole solar panel component is missing.

The listing states that AI bird detection is built in. I, and others, were led to believe that meat the product included AI bird detection. However, when I have this gift, the recipient found only the 7 day trial was included. I, and others, believe the listing is misleading.

The netvue folks have just about the Best customer service I have ever come across, period .. all companies should learn from this company

Item description did not match product received. Listed as ai included but bird feeder required a subscription.

works great. I got it so I could keep an eye on my pets while im gone. It works for exactly what I intended it to

Delivery was fairly quick and it was boxed up nicely to protect from shipping mishaps.

Doesn't work half the time. This is the 2nd one I have purchase but would not again.
