Well made product. Carefully wrapped, packed and boxed for shipping. Arrived quickly, before we had originally expected it to arrive.

We haven't used the attachment much yet but the sausage stuffing went well and the meat grinding went great too. So for the few times we've used it, thumbs up.

Gave to my daughter for her kitchen aid for Christmas and she loves it.

The seller is good but the product is defective. It said it's dishwasher safe. aFter it was washed in dishwasher, there's an ashlike residue of some of the metal parts (the grinder for example). What is true stainless steel is not impacted, but the other metals are. I will be returning it.

The item is listed as stainless steel, its not stainless stain, its very plastic and cheap.

I'm not sure how to rate this or where to start but I can't even contact the company just to send me something that was missing inside I don't want to have to send the whole thing back I was missing the rigatoni disc they sent me two large macaronis instead?
