There was no communication ... I had to contact the seller and advise them that the junk I received from their site just turned up without notice. The tracking data was useless ... someone just drove by unseen and dumped the useless product in our yard. Hours' later, Walmart FINALLY updated the tracking stating the arrival of my purchase ... "Hurrah!" ... the one that doesn't work at all! The seller has yet to respond, and they are operating under Walmart's "roof". Walmart needs to pay attention to who is selling and what is being sold and represented on their site. This catastrophe could have been avoided if Walmart had paid attention and "vetted" their outside sellers. I'm now stuck with garbage I can't use ... forget trying to return it because the seller appears to be operating outside the U.S. and/or dealing with a third-party "partner" (aka drop-shipping) and local Walmart stores don't want to be bothered with returns of online purchases. I know this because that scenario recently happened to another item purchased on Walmart and the local store refused to handle it even with proper proof of purchase. Customers are unsafe shopping on Walmart nowadays ... the likelihood of receiving inferior merchandise and dealing with questionable sellers and faulty tracking is starting to become the "norm"!
