ive been trying to reach out to the seller for 2 weeks already about the description of the item i though thjs priduct comes with 2 batteries thats why i purchased it , was disappointed when it only came with one , ad is misleading.

No communication occurred directly with the seller.

they Don't care once they get your money they could give to ish's

They even mailed me an extra set of shocks when one of mine broke- good business

i took almost three weeks to get to my house that is bad for a company that puts out good items ,your company needs to work on speeding up delivery

Seller is producing garbage and should be ashamed, also unresponsive and unhelpful when contacted.

The RC truck we received was supposed to be a new item but shows signs of use. The shell of the truck has scratches and the tires have wear on them. The truck is also missing a battery, all the clips that hold the shell on, and the charger is missing. It looks like a return item that y'all just resold without checking it first. We live out of town and now have to make a 40 minute drive to town since that's the only return option for a problem y'all caused.

RC car is really cool but nothing but problems. The on board computer had to be replaced because the car starting driving eradically . That was replaced and then the transmitter failed and was replaced. The final problem was when the trim feature stopped working and the car will only go in circles. Wouldn't recommend.
