Seller communication was not necessary. Item was advertised as is, however, the shipping packaging was not adequate or sufficient to protect the item and prevent breakage. Item arrived broken in addition to I suspect item was not new in the box due to faulty battery area inside and mangled package. Made me suspicious as to whether this had been sold and returned damaged prior to selling to me. Will not purchase from this seller again due to possible questionable ethics
