Have some imperfections on seats and a button popped off backs of a cushion . The imperfections on the seats are the material weaved to make the seats is caving in. Attempted to place button back but it continues ti pop off. Contacted Joivi by text they responded and asked for picks

Joivi was great and quick to respond with FedEx tracking numbers. Items were as described and easy to assemble. All metal, except for the cushions which we keep inside, but the patio set remains outside in the rain and weather.
