I ordered and paid for a ceiling lamp. Instead, I was sent a cheap looking round picture frame. Most likely, I will end up without a Walmart refund due to not having the correct item to return. How can this mistake occur? Not happy at all!

either walmart or seller lost my item or sent with bad transporting. both businesses blamed the other and handled poorly. do not recommend walmart and 3rd party sellers.

I have not heard back from them. The ceiling fan that I bought did not come with any screws. Have no idea what to get. I asked him for information and he has not got back to me and it’s been a week. I am going to be returning this Very disappointing.
