Horrible customer service with this vendor/seller. No hardware was sent to put together. They said they would send it, but never did. So I had to buy my own nuts and bolts to put together. Absurd and ridiculous.

Box is not sturdy and not sealed properly. Contents/items should be packed neatly inside the box - try using a tray with dividers to prevent missing items, in case a customer opens it. About the toy, the price is fair and looks great. I am sure my nephews will enjoy it.
