They emailed me before they shipped 3 mattress to make sure the sizes were correct . They came very fast . I had a great experience with them ! These mattresses are great very comfortable my kids love them and my teenager.

Tried contacting the company on a couple occasions regarding the mattress not expanding to it's advertised size. It's been almost 3 weeks and have yet to hear back from them.
