I paid for a 57 ounce bottle of Pantene Shampoo. First it was not delivered, I reached out to the seller, then the item that was sent was HALF the size, 27 ounces, so I basically paid double for what I could have purchased in the store for half the price. I reported this to Walmart, but was told this was between myself and the seller. The old saying if something seems too good to be true it probably is! I rarely do negative reviews but I want people to be forewarned, and as for me, I will NEVER order from this seller again !

Discrepancy from what was advertised and what was received. What I ordered was 18 rolls of 425 sheets of Scott Comfort Plus Toilet Paper. What I received was 310 sheet rolls. Big difference. 18 rolls times 115 sheets amounts to 2,070 sheets or over 6 more rolls. Where are they? I wrote the seller twice and never heard back.

Proper however, the UPS guy put in that it was delivered prior to dropping the package off. After frantically searching everywhere, I called and then they traced it. When it was finally delivered, a customer service person from Walmart called me to follow up and confirm it had been delivered. I thought that was very nice! Kudos to the Customer Service man who took the time and put the customer first.
