The customer service from this company is incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I contacted them within a reasonable time frame to request a return label for an unopened item, but they refused to assist. Instead of listening to my concerns, they kept pushing me to open the package—even after I made it very clear that I did not want the product. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. This kind of poor service has completely turned me off from ever ordering from them again. Extremely disappointing experience. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I reached out to request a return label within a week or two of receiving the item, without ever opening the package. Despite clearly stating that I did not want the product, they repeatedly insisted that I open it before they would process a return. The furniture is clearly designed for a very small or confined space—perhaps suitable for an office—but definitely not ideal for a larger living room. I would not recommend this item if you have a more spacious area.
