I have not received a solution back on getting 2 return labels to ship both boxes back. I was told I would be contacted in 48 hours but wasn't. I have reached out twice to customer service

It was a few days of getting but 30 days and over for a return.

This was described perfectly and very little assembly required.

It’s a hassle to return third party items. I was very disappointed with the quality of the product.

I reached out to this seller for a return and received several incoherent emails back. More than four times I emailed the seller, detailing that the item arrived very late (almost a week after the estimated arrival date) and I had since purchased another item and they replied with the same message "Dear Customer, We are really sorry to hear that. Your package has indeed been delivered. Please look for it carefully." After several of the same messages, the seller then offered a 25% refund (not the full 100% refund) and when I asked for a full refund and an option to return the product, I received a message that the seller was "out of the office" and would return my message upon their return. Needless to say I never heard back from them (and it's been two weeks). Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT purchase from this seller because if anything is wrong with the product, it doesn't arrive, or you need to return the product...you'll be left with their incredibly unhelpful (so called) customer service email as the only form of communication.

Doesn’t slide off the arm of the chair. Nice blue color, easy to locate. No more lost remote.

Poorly item does not fit. Seller refuse to respond when I reach out to them

I never used this damaged product and only received a 20% refund from the manufacturer

Never received the item. No returns. No refunds. Everyone points to the other. Seller's in China. Walmart says "no refunds". Find something else.
