You didn't make it easy to add insurance protection once purchased and exchanges were difficulty.

i bought this for my fisherman boyfriend for Christmas and he absolutely lives it. sturdy, well made. He puts it in his fishing cart and brings ut to beach. keeps him warm and comfy off season!

Got updated shipping confirmation and delivered early.

The product arrived with a broken tray and missing piece. The instruction says their team is available 24/7 for questions. I immediately emailed them about the broken part and missing part once I opened the box. It took them 3 days to answer despite their 24/7 note. They shipped a replacement part for the broken tray but did not ship the missing part mentioned. The new tray that arrived felt much more sturdy than the initial bottom tray that came with the cage. Not sure why the one in the box was so flimsy but sliding it into the bottom of the cage there was no way it would hold any weight without dropping out. Overall the bars on the cage are not as sturdy as they look, the bars under the front doors are missing a middle support which makes them very bendy which seems like a design flaw. Overall I’m happy I got this cage on sale for $120 off the original price as I would not pay over $200 for the quality of this cage.

Received damaged chair and never receive answer from seller

Item shipped faster than expected. Item is much lighter weight than expected and was missing a nut and washer. Otherwise, it was a good price compared to what others were charging.
