I was pleased upon opening the shipping box that the product was in its original packaging. Kudos. The original packaging was not damaged, and sealed very well. However, the product comes with a de-scaling product that leaked through its individual packaging, but was contained to the cardboard box it came in. I have not yet contacted the seller to request a replacement. Overall, I am very satisfied with this seller.
