Item arrived quickly somewhat overprotected in a right-size box inside a larger box, with copious air pocket pads. The inner box was punctured but the item itself was unharmed. The outer box wasn't punctured so i must conclude somebody shipped it to me already punctured. All's well that ends well and i'm very happy with the organizer.
