AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THE LAPTOP WOULD GET EXTREMLY HOT WHILE IN USE CUT OFF AND WOULDNT COME BACK ON . I WAS IN HOSPITAL MONTH OF JANURARY AND COULDNT SEND IT BACKTHE SELLER DID WHAT THEY SOLD THE PRODUCT AS AND SHIP ONTIMETHEY COULDNT HELP HAVING A BAD PRODUCT

No product, took my money claims item is lost in transit. Refused to fulfill order. When I asked for a placement item to be sent I was told I would have to file with FedEx. FedEx states the shipper has to file for a lost item...meanwhile they still have my money for the item and refuse to return or file with FedEx.

Purchase didn't come with the universal wall attachments for charger, and didn't want to buy a whole new charger because I didn't know what charger I needed to fit the laptop.
