Product was shipped and arrived on time, exactly what was specified on delivery time. Product was delivered undamaged. Product is a great! Keeps your feet warm, battery lasts. Be sure to follow the directions on with battery pack, and the battery does exactly what the product says it will. Socks are comfortable, soft. If you are a person that must have your feet stay warm for medical purposes, THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT FOR YOU.

The glove do not produce adequate heat even on the highest setting and the battery life is insufficient for use beyond 90 minutes

Description questionable as no where on the gloves or packaging does it indicate Snow Deer or any brand name.

Very good quality product. I have shoveled and snowblowed in single digit temperatures and my hands have kept nice and warm. Very glad to have purchased these mittens.

Very happy with purchase. Came a week sooner than expected. Product is as promised. These gloves quickly warm up cold hands on high, and maintain that warmth on low setting. Helps batteries last most of the day

The gloves I received are not the “Snow Deer” brand that was advertised. Rather, they are generic and are packaged in boxes labeled “Intelligent Heating”. Also, the way the packaging was done varied from all parts (batteries, charging components and gloves) in their own containers to all parts loose inside with the batteries already inside the gloves! Finally, the heated gloves seem to work fine but all the above is very strange and not the product I thought I was buying. Last word - I am awaiting a credit of $94.04 from the Seller for a pair of gloves I returned to Walmart on 1/21/26.

I bought a pair of these recently and was back to look at them because I think they are knockoffs. The Snow Deer name does not appear anywhere on the gloves or packaging unlike the photos online. The batteries are not last anywhere near the claimed times in documentation.
