I purchased a brand new product, but what was shipped was already used with scratchs on the glass and missing assembly parts. It is so frustrating to pay 60 bucks for a new glass screen protector, but receive someone elses used screen protector. Such a rip off.

The product description said it came with its original box, but it didn't. It came in just one package, and the shipping was very slow and the package very simple, with no protection, so the item could have been damaged. I don't know if it arrived damaged because I haven't checked it, but it was a bad experience.

Love the case. However, I will note that the case covers the side switch to turn on/off silent mode. Because it covers the switch, you have to remove the case when you want to toggle between silent mode on your phone
