Awful customer service. Sent wrong product. I ordered a WiFi product and was sent non WiFi until. I sent all info to Alorair requested including serial number. They have taken days to resolve. Now asking me to download an app and see if it works because sometimes the unit doesn’t say WiFi. My question is if you have the serial number how do not know if the unit has WiFi? I took time to send all pics an info they wanted and all they do is tell to try it and see because they don’t actually know of it has WiFi? Also they have 3 or four apps available. The first one I downloaded loaded isn’t comparable with the model I order. As of now they have not even provided which app should be used. I guess I am expected to download all of them and try it

i gave them a good review right away because I was told the remote control of the machine was being redeveloped. i am a 81 year old disabled American Veteran. I purchased this unit because it was advertised as remotely controlled. I needed this feature for my crawlspace which I cant access because of my disability. I had to pay someone to install the machine. Alorair told me to wait until "September 13" when the new app would be ready. After that i again paid someone to pair the new app to my phone because they had to go into the crawlspace again. It didn't work. Alorair said they would send me a new controller board also sending an email showing how to do it. After not hearing from them I again contacted them . This they said they were going to charge me $100 for the part. I refused. After spending $750 for a machine that wouldn't work correctly for me, I wasn’t willing to throw good money after bad. Now I have a machine in my crawlspace that I will have to go down there somehow to turn it on and off. This is all on Alorair! I purchased this via Walmart. Walmart was great during this process. I have every email and phone call documented. I would advise against buying anything from Alorair. Never believe anything their customer service says!

over torqued foot pad bolts fracturing the plastic on three of four feet(platic was cracked , two had completely fallen off during shipping. I completed a fibeglass repair.

Good customer service - but did ship the wrong unit. Customer service was able to correct.
