I got my item and had no problems returning it when it was defective.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this has been a very disappointing experience. I reported a battery issue on February 14th and after 8 days of emails back and forth, there is still no resolution. I even provided a video clearly showing the battery dropping suddenly while inflating a bike tire. What’s more frustrating is the conflicting information: the product page claims it can inflate a car tire up to 8 times, but customer support is now telling me it can only inflate a 16‑inch tire about 1.5 times. That’s a huge difference and feels misleading. Maybe I received a defective unit, but the support process has been slow and unhelpful. I just wanted the issue fixed, but this experience has made me lose confidence in the product.

Everything okay with Seller but its quality is not good

Product is sketchy and the instructions are very vague.

Seller acknowledged order and sent tracking %23 very quickly. Item arrived on time in perfect condition.

bought two for Christmas gifts and my boys are very happy with them

Item is small, easy to use. Charging is easy with usb cord, cord for vehicle charging with power outlet. Item arrived quickly and great communication about tracking. Would buy from them again.

Was promised 2 days after ordering and got it on time. Very good service.

I guess this one was not checked well before it left the shop.
