I absolutely love my oversized recliner chair!!! I absolutely adore this chair! It's incredibly comfortable, particularly suited to larger builds. Assembly is straightforward, it's sturdy and durable, and it's packed with features – I can access whatever function I need, whenever and wherever I want! It's excellent value for money!

"This chair is absolutely brilliant! It reclines completely flat, and has heating and vibration functions (though it's called massage, it's really just vibration), and it's incredibly soft. Sometimes when my knees or back are really playing up, I just sit in this chair. It would be lovely if it could rock too, though I imagine the rocking and height adjustment functions can't be used simultaneously. Even so, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat."

Terrible product quality, very front heavy and caused a fall

The seller responded to my support questions promptly. However, some of the responses were unclear. They sent pictures and videos to help me troubleshoot the problems.

whatever you have a question about with the chair you are wrong. whatever the situation "this is normal" do not be concerned.
