. Bought online from Walmart ...called Viribus for a new bell as it was busted told me to call Walmart with a photo of the busted bell. Honestly not a cheap bike and you get the run around for the simplest thing ... not happy honestly not sure it was worth the extra 25 bucks to cover the bike!
