The box was badly damaged when it arrived, but thankfully all the parts were intact and there was no damage to the chair.

Told them of damages,told they send replacement parts. Never heard from again.

Item got here quickly. Had questions on assembly and called but got recorded message saying to text. I did not and proceeded with putting it together. It looks great but took way longer to assemble than what it should have due to the poor instructions.

Walmart kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was told exactly when it would arrived. Very impressed.

No answering the phone nor messaging when I called and texted!
