Was going to have to pay 180.00 to ship it back and you guys did not charge that to ship it to us and we never took out of box ! Not very good customer service! Would not recommend your company to anyone

yeah I need to send the axle to the truck I bought that truck or Jeep and all the parts was not there so I would very much appreciate if y'all will send the rear axle to that vehicle that I bought for my grandson as soon as you can because tomorrow is his birthday and he ain't going to have no car ride so if you would send that to the account address in the state of Alabama so that his father can finish putting his Jeep together thank you.

I contacted the seller immediately upon receiving the item for a return because of how small it was compared to the photos that were online. I attached photos in my review to show the difference in size to the other ATV that they have. the company did offer me a discount to keep the item which I did but upon the first day of my granddaughter riding it who is 42 LB and 4 years old, the front left axle tire broke. this was not a product of assembly but was a pre-assembled piece with a welded bolt. we had to put in a plastic plug for now as now we are waiting for a response from the seller as to if they are going to send us replacement parts or a replacement axle. I would not recommend this product to anyone and did so in my product review

For the size issue, the suitable age range is only for reference, and the product page has detailed dimensions of the bike and description of a seat.(Seating capacity:1) Therefore, we mentioned in the description of the product page that please check the size of the car carefully and combine the children's age and body shape when purchasing in the product description. Regarding the front axle screws, for easy installation, the screws on both sides of the front axle are different. One side is pre-installed, and the other side needs to be carefully installed and tightened after the customer receives the product. Otherwise, it will loosen or even cause the screws to fall off. After we received your new email, we immediately provided the option of reissue or refund. Your time and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Best regards,
