I’ve had for about 2 months, the parts came in pieces so I was a bit scared at first, but the seller is very responsive and provided tracking numbers for all pieces and it was very easy to assemble and perfect for my family of 5 to sit on and enjoy comfortably

I contacted the seller because I was missing 2 boxes. They replied right away and said that 2 more were on their way and provided tracking numbers. They arrived in the next 2 days. I am pleased with the sofa overall. The seller then contacted me to make sure I got everything and was satisfied. The company was very pleasant to work with.

Because the item was purchased through Walmart, but shipped by the seller, I did not receive great shipping information. I did not know how many cartons I would receive, and after receiving the first 3 cartons, the whole order was marked as ‘delivered.’ I received 2 more cartons a day later, but quickly realized I did not have all of the pieces. I reached out to Honbaymall via the Walmart app, and they quickly replied to let me know that there were 7 cartons and the estimated delivery date with tracking numbers. The final carton arrived on the day they indicated.

Absolutely love it! Gives the living room great color and fits nice in a smaller space. Very comfortable
