Box was empty. Previously bought vonbee honey citron and ginger tea from another seller without any problem (properly pack with custom-cut foam to secure the jar). The tea was good so I decided to buy another 2-pack jar but the previous one from another seller was expensive. Then I found $10 cheaper from this seller. Package was held at USPS because I was not home during first delivery. When I claimed the package at USPS, I noticed the box was lighter than the previous one that I ordered. I asked the usps employee if it is the right packge and he showed me that my name was on it. When I opened the box at home, I took a video thinking that the seller might have mistakenly put the smaller size of jar but lo and behold there was no jar at all. Only honeycomb packing papers and peanut foams. I immediately called walmart customer service and waited for 30minutes only to be escalated to 3rd party which is the seller. Seller contacted me and I sent the videos from when I claim the package to usps and when I was opening it. Seller just told me to make a claim to usps because it was tampered. Filed a claim to usps and they asked me to provide so many documents. I was just so frustrated to being passed on and solve this problem by myself. I don't know at what point it went wrong but I learned a lesson not to accept packages if I' m already skeptical while claiming it.
