We were staying in an RV resort for the winter and the delivery address had difficulty accepting the site number. As a result delivery was delayed. A couple of quick emails resulted in quick action to rectify the problem with next day delivery. I was very impressed.

Verify exactly what you are getting. I've spent an extra week in a lot of pain thanks to the wrong picture being posted for the item I purchased. I despirately needed a Breg Polar Care Cube Shoulder Pad after having a Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement but was shipped a Breg hip replacement pad which we were unable to make work to stay on my shoulder.
