I ordered the LARGE (empty) first aid bag….The blue color was great, the zipper was really sturdy, fabric strong. There was only one problem, it was a miniature bag. I checked the specs and found that they were in centimeters NOT inches.

i didnt interact with the seller i dont know, im just kind of upset the piece didnt fit when it said it would

The seller was terrible. Get rid of third-party sellers. I ordered a 6 x 8 frame and received a 4 x 6 frame and Walmart was unable to get in contact with the third-party seller. I took a chance and ordered a second time in the hopes that they just sent the wrong item, but I have determined they don’t have the correct item, that they only sell a 4 x 6 and not a 6 x 8. Walmart tried again to get in touch with the seller, but was unable to and I was told I could only have the money credited to my account and not put back on the original form of payment, but in the end was finally able to get that done. I probably won’t shop from Walmart again and especially not from any third-party sellers because this has been a horrendous experience! Wish I could give zero stars to the seller.

tried to cancel my order email said i wokld hear from them in 24-48 hoirse and was waiting to hear from the company and got reply or responses at all.

There are absolutely 0 directions! It is supposed to get hot somehow but there are 0 directions…it is supposed to be cell phone touch thru the glove but there are 0 directions!!!

I emailed the seller immediately after receiving the product. They insisted that the doll did make sounds and was moveable. They instructed me to read the instruction manual. I would have if one had been available. Ultimately, they told me I could apply for a refund. Not a good shopping experience.

Took 7 business days to receive delivery. Not bad. Thank you.
