Item was delivered but box was empty. Had been opened and poorly retaped. Hard to believe Fedex delivered an empty box (not original 1.3 lbs)

I can assure you Merchalicious did not ship a retaped empty box to Walmart's warehouse. In my case, Walmart handles the shipping to the customer. I will raise your concerns with Walmart Fulfillment . Our records show your full refund should be completed by now. I apologize for the wasted time. I get it.
