came perfectly boxed and in prrfect condition. loved the note that they write you as well! cant tell if they wrote it or not because it looked that much like handwriting and freshly dried ink still made me feel appreciated but like i said in my product review it didnt do anything for me wnd just made the bathroom unusable afterwards for a good hour
