Walmart is actively help fraudulent 3rd party seller rip me off along with other customers and providing absolutely no help with getting refunded for blatant fraud by these unethical sellers and the walmart call center is helping this fraud by lying on the behalfon these sellers to protect them and me and customersoff.
I tried to purchase rims, tires, and installation service at a Walmart auto care center where the tires were shipped to. Once they arrive for my installation date the good walmart auto tech took measurements and said that no services can be done on my vehicle because installing these rims and tires onto my vehicle could easily cause severe damage to my vehicle and a major accident because they do not clear the brake calipers property and cant be balanced with weight because the will not fit with these rims on my vehicle.
I immediately began to cancel and return everything. Only to have all walmart .com agents lie to me as the sellers are trying everything to deny the return of all of the new and unused items on the orders and use every unethical trick to keep all of my money deny the returns and walmart is helping them. It has been a month now me trying to return these items and I still have yet to get my money back and walmart have lied to me time and time again about assistance in helping me get money back from these fraud sellers and refuse to just return all my money on these items that I cant use ans dont have. Now I am going to have to make a $85 monthly payment on these items that I dont have, all items been sent back to the fraud sellers and more since the sellers are keeping my money walmart wont help me. Or even help properly address this nightmare situation and order to offer me an appropriate level of compensation for this outrageous ordeal. That is still ongoing and not solved. I will be telling everyone I know about this situation, posting this online, filing mutilple complaints and seeking legal counsel on this situation also for more action against walmart and thes 2 sellers gladiator auto and priority tires since walmart continues refusing to get my money back from these fraud sellers and aid ad assist them with their lies.
